If you want to do some shopping, there's a Super K right across the airport. Self serve fuel is always alot cheaper than in my home base. It's also easy to navigate -- just follow I-5 North and you won't miss it. The runways and taxiways are in good condition. I was not able to contact Rancho Radio FSS frequencies listed in AOPA directory from the ground and aloft. There's a phone booth outside Nancy's that can be used to close flight plans and get briefings. |
