Luke 2:11 - "For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord."
With all the things going on right now, let's take the time to pause and remember what this Christmas season is all about.
As the verse stated above, it's the rememberance of the birth of "a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord".
Year 2020 is definitely a year of challenges brought by the Covid-19 pandemic and social unrest. Discussions around safety protocols, vaccines, zoom meetings, race protests, polical rhetorics
--- have been dominating our conversations. But let's not write off this year completely.
In fact, let's remember how God has carried us through the challenges and hardships we may have experienced.
Jesus reminded us that "...In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world.” John 6:33
Let's pray for a better 2021. Particulary, we hope to be able to resume
some of the activities planned this year that were put on hold because of the pandemic --- including our planned
mission trip, leadership training/seminar, and humanitarian shipments through our Balikbayan box ministry.
Let me end by sharing this song "Light of the Night" (click here) composed by Josh, and hope that you'll be blessed by the message
of the song.
Merry Christmas and a Blessed New 2021 !
