Dedication page of the bibles donated by the foundation to the UCCP Bradford Church Communicant Class

Cebu Rural Christian Mission:

The foundation provided bibles to this year's communicant class in UCCP Bradford Church. Picture here were the communicant class students showing their bibles together with Pastors Imie Abella ( the class teacher), and David Estoye.
Alex catching up with Rev. David Estoye; he's currently the Senior Pastor of UCCP Bradford during this visit.
Mrs. Erlina Bingtan and Rev. Luz Bingtan, the currently the local administrators of the Cebu Rural Christian Mission. Despite their advance ages, they continue to serve.
Some of the current and former foundation scholars gathering during Mrs. Erlina Bingtan's 90th birthday. The former scholars present are now working professionals, some with families and continues to serve their local churches.
One of those former scholars is "J.R.", currently working as a sales professional and very active in his local church. We had an extensive conversation with him in his faith journey. Click here to watch our conversatation with JR.
Here's JR rehearsing with his church's praise team and worship team.
We also visited Church So Blessed in Iligan City. It's one of the churches supported by the foundation. It was exciting to hear about their outreach activities including to the indigenous tribes of Mindanao.

Balikbayan Box Ministry:

The foundation continues to send care packages to various areas in the Philippines using balikbayan boxes. Pictured here were donated used clothing, school supplies and other items being sorted out then to be folded and packed inside a balikbayan box.
Here are boxes at a shipper ready for shipment. They should arrive in the Philippines within 3 to 4 months. We thank all our friends and supporters who have been donating used but still useful clothes, school supplies and other items.

Kurdistan Trip:
In late December 2023 to early January 2024, Susan and Alex were to fly to Erbil, Kurdistan (in Iraq) as part of volunteers teaching English to students and professors in a university in Erbil, Kurdistan. Tickets were bought; training completed; so ready to go! Unfortunately, the trip was postponed due to logistical issues. The trip was finally rescheduled in early 2024. But unfortunately, Susan and Alex were not able to participate due to conflicting commitments but hoping to participate in the next trip.
San Felipe Eye Clinic (Baja California, Mexico)
Susan and Alex, together with Trini and Danny Miniano, participated as volunteers in the spring Eye Clinic in San Felipe, Mexico. Pictured here is Susan helping out dispense prescription glasses. In the background in also Trini assisting the distribution of prescription glasses. As with previous eye clinics in San Felipe, this was a joint effort with the Flying Samaritans and the local Lions Club.
